摘要
通过对传统的MRP和JIT生产方式的分析 ,提出了一种由物料拉动生产的方式。提出了配送BOM的概念和一种粗生产库存的计算方法 。
Accroding to the analysis of traditional production method of MRP and JIT,a new method of material pulling production is carried out? A defination of delivering BOM and a calculating method of rough product stock are carried out to deal with problems about material pulling production on regular product line?
