摘要
对采用溶胶 凝胶方法制备的TiO2 纳米晶材料进行了光催化分解氨气的测试试验。实验结果表明 ,制备TiO2 纳米晶的方法直接影响TiO2 纳米晶材料的光催化性能。采用碱性水溶液条件形成溶胶 凝胶体系时 ,制备的TiO2 纳米晶材料可长期使用 ,光催化性能不变 ;TiO2 纳米晶的表面处理剂是影响TiO2 纳米晶材料光催化性能的显著因素 ;TiO2 纳米晶在晶粒度小于 10 0nm的条件下 ,其晶粒度大小对光催化性能无显著影响。
The nanometer TiO 2 particles were prepared with the ordinary inorganic reagents by sol gel process. The surface areas of the TiO 2 particles are from 50 to 190 m 2·g -1 . The decomposition effects of nanometer TiO 2 photocatalyst on ammonia under ultraviolet irradiation were examined. It shows that the effects varied greatly with the variation of coating materials on the nanometer TiO 2 photocatalyst. The nanometer TiO 2 particles prepared from the basic aqueous solution show ideal photocatalytic effects. The photocatalytic effects of the nanometer TiO 2 photocatalyst are almost the same when the diameters of the TiO 2 particles are within 100 nm.
