摘要
研究了铝及铝合金在万宁近海大气不同距海点暴露 0 .5a ,1a ,2a的腐蚀行为 ,观察了锈层的形貌、相组成及锈层中合金元素的分布。试验结果表明距离海岸线越近 ,失重率越大 ,腐蚀速度越快 ,说明Clˉ对铝及铝合金有很强的腐蚀作用 ,能加速铝合金的腐蚀。同时在万宁海洋大气环境下 ,纯铝在暴露初期更易腐蚀 ,其腐蚀率是锻铝的 2倍 ,此后随着暴露时间的延长而减缓。
The behaviors of atmospheric corrosion of aluminum and alloy in marine environments for 0.5 years, 1 year, 2 years were studied, and the corrosion products were analysed. Results showed that mass loss increases with the decrease of distance away from seashore. The reason is that Cl ˉ can accelerate corrosion. It was confirmed that pure aluminium 1050A is more sensitive to marine atmosphere than forging aluminum 6A02 at first stage of exposure tests.
