摘要
阐述了影响导轨热处理质量的原因,包括原材料化学成份、原始组织,马氏体相变塑性,残余奥氏体,轴承钢淬火“逆硬化”以及淬火、回火工艺操作等,并结合生产实践,制定出合适的热处理工艺,使导轨热处理质量能得到有效控制。
Causes of influenting guide - rail heat treatment quality are expounded, including chemical composition and primary tissue of raw material, martensitic phase transformation plasticity, residual austenite, inverse hardening of bearing stell quenching as well as process operation in quenching and tempering and so on. By production practice, proper heat treatment process is laid down and heat treatment quality of guiderail is effectively controlled.
