摘要
通过主持宝鸡石油钢管厂与日本住友集团合资项目四年多的实践 ,从我国国有企业的实际出发 ,结合宝鸡石油钢管厂吸引外资、资产重组的范例 ,从理论及合资工作的实践两个方面探索了当前国有企业在不增加国家新的增量资金投入的情况下 ,通过资产重组 ,吸引外资 ,改善企业内部经济结构、产品结构和管理水平 ,增强企业竞争力 。
The author is responsible for the joint venture project between Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe and Tube Works and Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd, for four years. Based on the practice of China state owned enterprises and the sample of foreign capital introduced into Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe and Tube Works and its assets reset, form theoretic and joint venture working practice, the Gateway are through assets reset, introducing into foreign capital, reforming of inner enterprise economic structure, product structure and management level to increase the enterprise competition and improve the economic benefit under the current condition of few state new increment input.
