ERW钢管技术中关键之一是确保焊缝的焊接质量 ,用于 3 40 mm HFW生产线的红外光导智能测温系统 ,由光路清洁器、红外光导纤维束、探测器和微处理计算机组成 ,与高频微机调压电源相兼容 ,实现焊缝温度的闭环控制。通过工艺实验 。
One of key technology in ERW welded pipe is to guarantee welded quality of welded seam. Infrared ray optical direction intelligence temperature measuring system applied in D340mm HFW welded pipe production line, which were made up of optical cleaner, infrared ray optical direction fiber bunch, exploring machine and micro-process computer, can be compatible with high-frequency computer voltage adjustment power to realize the closing loop control of weld seam temperature. The most suitable weld temperature scope were reached through the procedure test.
