摘要 以铁电液晶 (FELC)等效电路模型为基础 ,通过开发Pspice光电混合系统模块 ,灵活地调整多种时序脉冲及驱动源波形 ,优化FELC晶胞厚度、面积、粘滞系数、入射偏振角和自发极化强度等结构参数 ,成功地实现了FELC开关响应、记忆和存储特性的动态模拟 ,也为其他光子器件和混合集成系统的EDA仿真研究做了技术铺垫。 In order to optimize the overall performance of a ferroelectric liquid crystal ( FELC ) device and optoelectronic system design, an approach which simulates the FELC in its electrical environment seems more appropriate. The model gives a good description for the observed switching and memory behavior by different time order and driving waveforms. Relations between this parameters and electro optic response are simulated using Pspice electronic model in various conditions, including the cell separation and area, input polariser orientation and rotational viscosity in addition to the spontaneous polarization. As the results well show, we obtained excellent agreement between simulation and experimental photographed trace. It can be also used effectively in integrated optics.
