丙烯酸改性PU/PMMA接枝型半IPNs的制备及其力学性能研究

摘要 采用“同步”法制备了丙烯酸改性聚氨酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯互穿的接枝型聚合物网络 (IPNs)体系 ,通过红外光谱跟踪检测了其固化过程 ,用TEM对所形成的多相体系形貌进行检测 ,并对不同软 /硬组成比及交联密度的IPNs材料的力学性能进行了测试。在此基础上 ,从IPNs体系网络间的互穿缠结作用角度对检测结果进行了讨论。结果表明 ,IPNs所形成的复相体系中接枝结构的存在可使组分在较宽范围内发挥良好的协同作用 ,这为从分子设计及工艺设计两角度获得性能优异的功能材料提供了借鉴。 A kind of graft IPNs were obtained by simultaneous method through acrylate modified polyurethane interpenetrating with poly(methyl methacrylate) and the polymerization process were detected using infrared spectra techniques. Also, the mechanical properties of IPNs film thus obtained were measured with various soft/rigid composition and isocyanate/hydroxyl ratio in PU network. From the viewpoint of interpenetrating and entanglement, the mechanical detection results were discussed. The results indicate that large amount of entanglement and interpenetrating structures increased by introduction of graft group into networks can create synergistic effect in relative enlarged component ratio ranges. The work has significent to the preparation of functional materials with excellent properties.
