摘要
实施了旨在了解南海绿海龟洄游习性并获取物理环境数据的生物遥测试验。其方法是在海龟背上粘附卫星链接发报器并通过全球Argos卫星信号传输系统追踪南海绿海龟产卵后的洄游路径。结果获得了三只绿海龟海上迁徙过程实时定位及其环境测量数据 ,这对于制订海龟保护策略和物理海洋学研究有重要意义。此外 ,基于海龟卫星追踪阐述了现代生物遥测技术的概念、原理和方法 ,探讨了今后发展的途径和前景。
We conducted a biotelemetry experiment to study the migrant behavior of green turtles (Chelonia mydas) in South China Sea and acquire the physical environment data. The method was tracking the post nesting migrant routes of green turtles through the satellite linked transmitters which were attached on the back of turtles and the global satellite signal transmitting system of Argos. We obtained the positions of the post nesting migrant routes of three green turtles and environment data, which were important in conservation of green turtles and the research of physical oceanography. Based on the test, we also introduced the concept, principle and method of biotelemetry and discussed the further development of this technique and its applying prospection in future.
