摘要
介绍了在试验室用 2 0 0× 75mm高压辊磨机对磁铁精矿进行预处理的试验。对高压辊磨的工艺参数 (辊压、膨润土配比、辊速、辊磨次数、混合料水分 )进行了优化 ,考查了高压辊磨工艺对生球强度、生球破裂温度的影响。研究得出的优化参数是 :辊压为 1 75t、辊速为 10 0r/min、辊磨次数为 2次、混合料水分为 5 %。铁精矿通过高压辊磨预处理后 ,其生球强度明显提高 ,膨润土用量得到降低。
The laboratory test of pre treating concentrates using high pressure roller mill was presented in this paper As a result,the parameters such as rolling pressure,roller speed,number of times,mix moisture etc were optimized and the effect of high pressure roller milling on green ball strenth and cracking temperature were searched The optimized parameaters are rolling pressure 1 75,roller speed 100r/min,rolling times 2 ,mix moisture 5% As the concentrates were treated with the high pressure roller mill ,the green ball strength was increased and the consumption of bentonite was decreased
