摘要
本文讨论了滑动轴承油膜存在三个自由度时的稳定性准则。在给出轴心涡动三维运动方程的基础上 ,分析了三维油膜的作功状况 ,并进而给出了判别油膜在三维情况下稳定性的两种方法。最后采用迭代法对径向 -推力联合动静压轴承的稳定性进行了计算机求解 ,得到了其相应的三维稳定性参数。
In this paper, the steadiness study of three dimension hybrid bearing oil film in turbo rotator bearing system is made On the basis of the three dimension whirling equations of the journal center and the expression of work done by oil film force, two methods and criterions on judging the steadiness of three dimension oil film are given through calculating the bearings dynamic characteristic coefficients Using the second method, the steadiness of the radial thrust hybrid bearing are analyzed Compared the results of two dimension criterion and three dimension criterion, the differences between them get visible with the increase of eccentricity ratio, and the two dimension results tend to be conservative
