Study on the dynamic characteristic of the laser produced plasma in the additional electric field

摘要 准分子激光烧蚀固体样品产生激光等离子体 ,用外加直流电场方法收集电子、离子。分析了电流信号的成因以及信号的时间演化特性。得到了电流信号强度与外加电压。 Electrons and ions in plasma by Excimer Laser ablating of the solid sample are collected by the electrodes. The forming of the electric signal and the time dependent characteristics are analyzed. The relation between the electric signal intensity with the additional voltage, the pressure of the buffer gas and the laser fluency is obtained.
