摘要
为满足对吸波涂层薄、轻、宽的要求 ,通过吸波涂层的优化设计 ,制备了密度较低的宽频带碳团簇型吸波涂层。该涂层为三层结构 ,总厚度为 2 .10mm ,在 8~ 12 .4GHz频率范围内 ,对微波的最小反射率为- 4 2dB ,其中反射率小于 - 10dB的工作频带达 90 %以上 ,且性能稳定 。
To meet the requirement of radar absorbing coating with thin thickness, low weight and broadband, the carbon cluster like radar abosrbing coating over broadband with low density has been prepared by means of the optimization design of radar absorbing coating. It has tri layer structure with gross thickness of 2.10 mm. In the frequency range (8~12.4 GHz), its minimum reflectivity was -42dB, and the frequency width with reflectivity under -10dB was over 90% of the whole frequency range. Additionally, it was environmentally stable and practical promising.
