摘要
采用普通陶瓷工艺 ,进行湿压磁场成型和氧气氛烧结 ,同时加入微量杂质 (Bi2 O3 和MnCO3 ) ,制备了各向异性多晶六角铁氧体材料Sr0 95Ca0 0 5Fe12 O19.结果表明 :该六角铁氧体的取向度达 10 0 %,介电损耗为 2 3× 10 - 3 ,具有非常良好的磁特性 .对其比饱和磁化强度 (σs)、磁晶各向异性场 (Ha)与温度 (T)的变化关系进行了研究 。
Magnetic anisotropic polycrystalline hexaferrite Sr 0.95 Ca 0.05 Fe 12 O 19 has been prepared by standard ceramic techniques, with magnetic alignment of the grains along the c \|axis during wet pressing, and then sintered in flowing\|oxygen, and some benefitial materials (such as MnCO 3 and Bi 2O 3) were added in the sample. The results showed that its preferred orientation degree and dielectric loss are 100% and 2 3×10 -3 respectively. The hexaferrite Sr 0.95 Ca 0.05 Fe 12 O 19 possesses very well magnetic properties, therefore, we have studied the change of its specific saturation magnetization and anisotropy field with temperature. The magnetic properties are compared between hexaferrites Sr 0.95 Ca 0.05 Fe 12 O 19 and SrFe 12 O 19 .
