总结了内蒙古清水河县麻地壕治沟骨干工程试验坝的研究成果。提出了“爆破筑坝先期拦蓄洪水 ,爆堆体注水固结 ,水坠法加固整修”的施工新技术。介绍了用黄土爆破筑坝的设计及施工方法和检测成果。对新技术的经济性进行了分析 。

The experience of dam construction for soil conservation project in Inner Mongulia district is introduced.It includes the technology of using directional blasting method to construct a dam to store the flood, and pouring water to consolidate the soil pile formed by blasting and reinforcing the dam by soil transported by water.The design,construction and quality inspection of a typical dam are presented.The economic analysis shows that this new technology is feasible and practical.
