摘要
通过对地震时所发生的堤防灾害事例进行分析 ,探讨了堤防破坏的原因。整理了堤防抗震设计的思路 ,从而对堤防抗震设计的原则和方法进行研究 ,明确了堤防抗震应以防止继发灾害为主要目的。进一步对地震发生到堤防修复期间 ,概率上可能遭遇的水位高度和堤防的残留高度的计算方法进行探讨 。
The cases of levee colapse disaster due to earthquake are analyzed to investigate the mechanism of embankment failure. It is clarified that the main purpose of earthquake resistance design is to prevent from the secondary disaster. In addition,the river level corresponding to specific probability and the calculation method for residual height of levee are also studied.
