This paper supplements some important aspects of spectral correlation (SC) which were not included in the original arficles by Gardner. It discusses the mathematical origins and definition of SC, harmonizable random process, cyclostationary process, the physical function which is concluded as a generalized double frequency device and a mixer, the advances and limits of SC. The representation of SC in α section is offered. The SC spectrum for two radio signals are calculated.
