摘要
1990~1991年,上海市文物管理委员会考古研究部对寺前遗址进行了发掘。此次发掘共发现崧泽文化墓葬1座、灰坑1个,良渚文化的文化堆积及良渚文化墓葬4座、灰坑2个和水井2口。出土的崧泽文化遗物有陶器、石器和骨器,良渚文化遗物有陶器、石器、玉器和骨器。寺前遗址的发掘,为崧泽和良渚文化的分期提供了新的资料。
The Siqian site lies in Qingpu District. In 1990-1991, excavation was carried out
there, in an area of 138. 5sq m. The work brought to light a tomb and an ash-pit of the Songze culture and cultural deposits, four tombs, two ash-pits and two wells of the Liangzhu culture. The unearthed objects of the Songze culture include pottery ding tripods, dou stemmed vessels, jars, yan steamers, pots, basins, bo bowls, dishes, settling vessels, cups, lids and stand mats, stone adzes and spindle whorls, and bone awls. The discovered relics of the Liangzhu culture consist of those from the tombs and those from the cultural layers. The former comprises pottery ding, dou , double-nosed pots, basins and cups and jade tubes; the latter embraces pottery ding, jars, zun vases, dou , bo, basins, dishes, cups, net-weights and spindle-whorls, stone axes, adzes, chisels, arrowheads and weeding implements, and awl-shaped jade objects. In the light of the unearthed artifacts the remains of the Songze culture can be divided into two phases, which correspond to the late period of the Songze culture. The remains of the Liangzhu culture belong to the middle and late Liangzhu period. The excavation provides new material for the periodization of the two cultures.
