摘要
本文从规模经济、产品差异化、市场内部化和技术四个方面分析了跨国公司在中国所筑的进入壁垒的表现和成因 ,并就此提出了对策。
This paper analyzes the barrier of entry built by multinational corporations to national enterprises in China. It discusses from four aspects---economy of scale, variation of product, internal market, skill and technology. The paper also puts forward some possible practical suggestions.
