摘要
以苏南小城镇为研究对象 ,对小城镇大众体育组织负责人进行访谈、分析参阅相关的文献资料 ,以经济发展、社会变迁为背景 ,改革开放以来苏南小城镇体育组织发展变化的轨迹及其特征 ,分析体育组织在小城镇大众体育发展中的地位和作用 。
The thesis discussed the characteristic of developmental process of mass sport organizations in the small town of southern Jiangsu province in the context of economic and social change since the policy of opening and reform. The authors also explored the status and role of the organizations in the mass sport activities and forecasted the developmental trend of the organizations in the future. Finally the authors tried to establish the management system of mass sport organizations in the small town.
