摘要 笔者综述了运动对机体骨密度影响的研究结果 ,探讨运动有效提高骨密度的可能机制 ,并提出有效增加骨密度的运动处方 。 The authors review the effects of physical activity on bone mineral density,explore the mechanism for increasing bone mineral density induced by physical activity,and propose the exercise prescription for maintaining and increasing bone mineral density,and provide the theory basis for more study about prevention and cure bone loosen of exercise
