摘要
笔者认为 ,中、小负荷速度力量对肌肉的刺激较大 ,对脊柱刺激不强烈 ,很适合青少年女子排球运动员发展弹跳力的力量训练。超等长练习对神经系统和肌肉都有强烈刺激作用 ,对脊柱不产生压力刺激。
It can be found out that absolute force has little effect on spring power ,but speed force effect it greatly ,and speed force of morderate or little strength can exert great stimulation to muscles ,but the stimulation to spring is not very intense ;as a method of power training , it is very fit for the developing of spring power in teen-agers women volleyball athletes ,extra-equal-length exercise will produce great stimulation to both nueral system and muscles ,but has no stimulation of pressure to spring .Combining speed force with extra-equal-length exercise will improve the spring power effectively in teen-agers athletes .
