摘要
松果体分泌的褪黑素对人体的生物节律起着调节作用 ,人体内褪黑素在一天中的含量不同 ,在一年的不同季节也在不断地变化 ,人的一生中的不同年龄段也存在着很大的差异。体内褪黑素的含量的变化还与睡眠状况、衰老程度以及某些生理和心理疾病有关。光的照射强度、时间及其光谱的分布对体内褪黑素的合成与分解影响很大 ,进行住宅光环境设计时应充分考虑光如何调节体内褪黑素变化 ,进而创造一个保持人的生理和心理健康的光环境。
Melatonin which the pineal gland secretes can act a function of adjustment body rhythms,melatonin content in body is different in whole day,there are variances in seasons in a year,and there are large discrepancy between different age brackets.The variances of melatonin content are in connection with the state of sleep,the stage of aging,and some physiological or psychological disease.Light intensity,irradiation time and the distribution of spectrum plays a great part in melatonin composition or decomposition.When designing house luminous environment,we must think about soundly how light adjusts melatonin in body,so that we create a Luminous Environment which keeps physiological and psychological healthy.\;
