摘要
在0.1mol/L H_2SO_4底液中,用单扫极谱法得到了高灵敏和高选择性的锑(Ⅲ)-桑色素的络合吸附波,其检测下限达2.0×10^(-9)mol/L,可不经分离直接测定三氧化二砷中的痕量锑。测得电活性络合物的组成为:Sb(Ⅲ):桑色素=1:2,条件稳定常数为4.1×10^(11)。电极反应是被吸附络合物中的Sb(Ⅲ)还原为Sb(0)。
In the base solution of 0.1mol/L H2SO4, a highly sensitive adsorptive complex wave of Sb (Ⅲ)-morin can be obtained by using single-sweep polarography. The detection limit is down to 2.0 x 10-9mol/L. It was used to determine antimony in arsenous oxide. The results are satisfactory. The mechanism of electrode processes were studied in detail.
