摘要
本文对64个茶叶样品茶汤中12个微量元素的ICP光谱测定结果(共768个数据),采用多变量样本图示法中的脸谱图(face graph)来表达与分析其特征。从本文中可见到脸谱图容易使人理解这些数据,并可醒目地看出它们的规律性。随茶叶品质由优至劣,营养元素Mg、K、P、Zn含量由高到低,Al则由低到高,其它Ca、Cu、Mn、Ni、Pb、S含量在一定范围之内,但无明显的规律性。
In order to express and analyse tea's characteristics, this paper uses Chernoff's Face, one of the multivariate display methodologies, to treat 768 data of 12 trace elements in 64 tea, which are determined by ICP spetrum. Every multivariate observation is visualized as a computer-drawn face. A face whose features, such as length of nose and curvature of mouth, correspond to components of the point. This presentation makes it easy for the human mind to grasp many of the essential regularities and irregularities present in the data.
