摘要
本文推导出二维磁性合金的RKKY相互作用在低温下(T~OK)的严格解析形式,经过渐近展开做数值比较,可看到二维RKKY作用的有效作用距离介子一维和三维之间;本文还给出了二维RKKY耦合电阻的形式。
In this paper, the RKKY-Interaction (T = OK) of Ⅱ-Dimensional magnetic alloy is derived in analytical form. It shows in its expansion that the Ⅱ-Dimensional interaction goes down with fluctuation in the form of sin (2kFR)/R2, and it follows that the effective distance of Ⅱ-Dimensional interaction is shorter than that of the Ⅰ-Dimensional interaction but longer than that of the Ⅲ-Dimensional interaction. In the end of this paper, the electric resistance caused by RKKY-interaction is derived, as we see, it goes down as T-1.
