摘要
采用火焰原子吸收法测定了乳酸钙奶中钙的含量 ,方法灵敏、准确 ,操作简便。线性范围为 0～ 1 0mg/L ,回收率为 91 0 %～ 98 0 % ,相对标准偏差低于 4 0 %。
