摘要 目的:确定以铁氰化钾-鲁米诺化学发光体系分析测定吩噻嗪类药物的新方法。方法:在强碱性条件下,盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸氢丙嗪对铁氰化钾-鲁米诺体系的发光有强烈的增强作用。从而试验以流动注射化学发光法分析测定盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸氯丙嗪。结果:在优化的实验条件下,化学发光强度在一定范围内与上述药物浓度成正比。对盐酸异丙嗪的检出限为3.0ng·mL^(-1);对盐酸氢丙嗪的检出限为5.0ng·mL^(-1)。结论:本方法快捷、简便且具有很高的灵敏度,本法用于相应药片中的上述药物的分析,并与药典规定的方法进行对照,结果令人满意。 Objective: Establish new method of determination of phenothiazines drugs in K3 [ Fe ( CN ) 6 ] - luminol chemiluminescence(CL)systems. Method: Promazine hydrochloride and chlorpromazine hydrochloride show strong enhancement effects on the light emission produced by luminol oxidation with potassium ferricyanide in strong basic condition. Then the determination of two phenothiazine drugs by flow - injection analysis with chemiluminescence is described. Results: In the optimum conditions, CL intensities are proportional to concentrations of the studied drugs in a certain range. The limits of detection are 3. 0 ng · mL-1 and 5. 0 ng· mL-1 for promazine hydrochloride and for chlorpromazine hydrochloride, respectively. Conclusion: The method is easy, rapid, and very sensitive. The method has been applied to the determination of studied drugs in tablets with satisfactory results.
