摘要
本文合成了一系列聚砜—聚酯类嵌段共聚物。研究了这些共聚物的结构与性能的关系。发现这些共聚物的溶液性质,热性能及力学性能与共聚体中二元醇的结构有关。共聚物系由非晶相聚砜为连续相与晶相聚酯为分散相组成的两相体系。
Synthesis and characterization of a series of Polysulfone (PSF)-Polyesters (PEs) block copolymers were undertaken. It was observed that the PSF-PEs block copolymers had different viscosities and molecular conformations in different solvents, respectively. The temperature spectra of the dynamic mechanical properties of PSF-PEs were determined by DDV-Ⅱ-EA instrument. It was shown that the glass-transition temperature (Tg) of the PSF-PES copolymers was dependent on the structure of diols in the polyester as follows.PSF-PHT (Tg = 119.4℃)>PSF-PBT(Tg = 99℃)>PSF-PPT (Tg = 85℃) The PSF-PEs copolymers are two-phase systems.
