摘要
本文测定了在X射线辐照下碱土金属卤磷酸盐的光激励谱和光激励发射光谱。研究了助熔剂含量及改变碱土金属卤磷酸盐基质组成对样品的光激励发光强度的影响。找出了Eu^(2+)的最佳含量。确定了碱土金属卤磷酸盐中以Sr_3Ca_2(PO_4)_3Cl:Eu_(0.04)^(2+)的光激励发光最强。
A series of samples with composition M5(PO4)3 X:Eu2+(M = Sr or Ca; X = F, Cl or Br) were synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction. It has been proved by X-ray diffraction that they are single phase crystals of hexagonal apatite structure with space group P63/m. Photostimulation spectra and photostimulated emission spectra of these X-irradiated crystals were determined. It has been found that the flux amount added in the starting materials shows obvious effect on the photostimulated emission intensity and the optimum content of flux MX2 is 1.5 mole/mole matrix. It has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction that the effect of the flux is resulted from the comple- teness of crystallinity. In addition, the matrix composition and the activator Eu2+ concentration also influence the emission intensity of photostimulated luminescence. The crystal with composition and europium concentration shown by the formula Sr3Ca2(PO4)2 Cl:0.04Eu2+ exhibits the highest emission intensity.
