选择性支气管动脉栓塞术治疗咯血

Treatment of hemoptysis with selective embolization of bronchial arteries

目的 探讨支气管动脉栓塞术的临床意义及并发症防治。方法 12例支气管扩张咯血病人 ,采用选择性栓塞术治疗。结果 本组 12例即时止血达 10 0 % ,随访 6～ 18个月 ,1例在 13个月复发。无一例并发症出现。结论 支气管动脉栓塞术治疗大咯血是安全有效的临床治疗方法之一。

Objective To study the clinical significance and the prevention of complications of selective embolization of bronchial arteries.Methods Twenty cases of patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis were treated with selective embolization of bronchial arteries.Results All of the 12 cases stopped bleeding after the operation.During the follow up period for 6 to 18 months,hemoptysis recurrcnce only occurred in one case in the 13 th month.None complication was found.Conclusion Selective embolization of bronchial arteries was one of the safe and effective approaches in treating hemoptyses.
