摘要
基于综合理论,对鳍线铁氧体隔离器进行进一步的理论分析和实验研究。为了改善器件的理论设计和实验调试,在X波段对波导隔离器移植为鳍线隔离器、阻抗匹配方法以及器件结构对性能影响等问题进行了系统的研究。理论设计与实验结果有良好的一致。X波段鳍线隔离器的性能为:插入损耗A_+<2dB,反向隔离A_->22dB,VSWR<1.20,频宽10%。所用偏磁场(约为1000Oe)比已经发表的其它X波段鳍线隔离器的偏磁场(约为3500Oe)低得多。
Based on the synthetical theory, the further theoretical analysis and experimental research on the finline ferrite isolator have been done. In order to make it convenient for theoretical design and experimental adjustment for this device, the refitment of a waveguide isolator to finline isolator, the impedance-matching method, and the effects of device structure on performance have been studied in X-band. Good agreement between designn and experiment is obtained.
