皮肤僵硬综合征国内首例报告

First Cases Report of Shin Stiffsyndrome in China

皮肤僵硬综合征是以在出生时或婴儿早期出现的皮肤局限性硬化 ,伴有关节活动受限和轻度多毛为特征的一种罕见的先天性皮肤疾病。我们首次诊治 1例幼儿皮肤僵硬综合症患者 ,具有典型的临床表现和组织病理 ,阿新兰染色阳性 ,给以丹参等治疗 ,症状缓解。

Stiff skin syndrome (SSS) is a rare disorder characterized by stony hard skin,limited joint mobility and mild hypertrichosis. We reported the first case of stiff skin syndrome in China,which had typical clinical manifestation and histological features.Staining of Alcian blue in biopsy was positive.Chinese medicine had effect in treatment.
