摘要
目的观察羊膜移植手术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效.方法对28例36眼翼状胬肉患者行胬肉切除十羊膜移植手术,术后随访10～15月.结果 34眼术后角膜光滑透明,羊膜结膜化,无胬肉组织增生;2例复发.结论羊膜移植手术是治疗翼状胬肉的理想方法.
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of amniotic membrane transplantation for treatment of pterygium.Methods Pterygium excision combined with amniotic membrane transplantation was performed on 28 cases (36 eyes).The follow-up period was 10 to 15 months.Results The cornea of 34 eyes were transparent,the amniotic membrane was covered with conjunctiva.There was not conjunctival injection and abnormal proliferation of pterygium-like tissue;2 cases(2 eyes) recurred.Conclusion Amniotic membrane transplantation is a reasonable therapeutic method for treatment of pterygium.
