连续环行撕囊引起的囊袋皱缩综合征

Capsular bag contraction syndrome after continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis.

目的 分析前囊连续环行撕囊(continuous curvilinear capsularhexis,CCC)所引起的囊袋皱缩综合征的病因及其防治。方法 观察在白内障超声乳化术中连续环行撕囊术后发生囊袋皱缩综合征患者的临床表现。结果 囊袋皱缩综合征多发生于直径较小的连续环行撕囊,可引起明显的视力障碍。结论 囊袋皱缩综合征是连续环行撕囊术后一种严重影响视力的少见的并发症,预防这一并发症的关键在于大小适宜的前囊连续环行撕囊。

Objective Analyze the causes,prevention and treatment of capsu-lor bag contraction syndrome resulting from anterior continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis(CCC) . Methods The clinical characters of 4 cases with capsular bag contraction syndrome after cataract phacoemulsification were observed. Results Capsular bag contraction syndrome often occurs in the smaller - radius CCC and can cause apparently visual disfunction. Conclusion Capsular contraction bag syndrome is a rare complication and can impair the visual acuity seriously after CCC. Effective preventing the syndrome lies in suitable - size anterior CCC.
