摘要
目的 观察兔、狗、猫、大鼠等动物在晶状体创伤后白内障的形成情况,以选择一种可靠的外伤性白内障动物模型。方法 用针头刺穿动物角膜,并将晶状体前囊及皮质划开(兔、狗、猫的前囊约划开3mm×4mm大小,大鼠约1mm×1.5mm,均呈椭圆形),术后每日用裂隙灯显微镜检查术眼晶状体情况,30天时取晶状体标本作火棉胶切片光镜检查。结果 在晶状体创伤后兔、狗、猫仅形成晶状体创口局部的局限性浑浊,而大鼠则形成白内障。结论 制作外伤性白内障动物模型时,宜选用大鼠,而不宜选用兔、狗、猫等动物。
Objective To investigate the development of lens opacification after trauma in different animals, and select a reliable traumatic cataract model. Methods The experimental eye was injured with a needle which penetrated the cornea and lens (the wound at anterior capsule was about 3mm X 4 mm in rabbits,dogs and cats. about 1 mm × 1.5 mm in rats), then observed the characteristic of the traumatic lens with slit - lamp microscope and light microscope. Results After trauma, cataract formed in the rats lens, but only a small local opacity formed at lens of rabbits, dogs and cats. Conclusion When making traumatic cataract model, the rats is a suited animal.
