人工晶状体术后迟发性虹膜睫状体炎的处理

The treatment of delayed iridocyclitis with implantation of intraocular lens.

目的 观察和探讨人工晶状体植入术后迟发性虹膜睫状体炎的治疗。方法 对25例(27眼)术后迟发性虹膜睫状体炎进行观察,均在术后2-8周内发生急性炎症反应,占同期人工晶状体植入术的4.2％。采用散瞳及地塞米松或联合庆大霉素结膜下注射进行治疗。结果 大部分病例1-2周后炎症消退,2例2月后消退,视力恢复。结论 迟发性虹膜睫状体炎是人工晶状体植入术后的较晚期并发症,及时治疗,效果满意。

Objective To inquire into the treatment of postoperative delayed iridocyclitis with intraocula lens(IOL) .Methods 25 cases(27eyes) of IOL with delayed iridocyclitis were studied, the acute inflammation was oberseved from 2 to 8 weeks postoperatively,with the ratio of 4.2% for IOL eyes in the same dural time.The therapeutical methods were dilation of the pupil and subconjuctive injection of dexamethasone and gen-tamycin. Results The inflammation was disappeared one or two weeks later in most of cases, and the inflammation in two cases was not gone away until 2 months later, the vision was recovered. Conclusion The delayed iridocyclitis is latest stage complication of IOL, therapeutic effects could be satisfied with treatments in time.
