虹膜小梁光凝联合小梁切除治疗新生血管青光眼

Iris and trabecular photocoagulation with argon laser and trabeculectomy to treat neovascular glaucoma.

目的 评价氩激光虹膜小梁网光凝联合小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼的效果。方法 92例新生血管青光眼,先用氩激光对虹膜及小梁网的新生血管进行激光光凝,然后再行小梁切除术。结果 术后随访3月,82例眼压控制在21mmHg以下(1mmHg=0.133kPa),有效率达89.13％,优于睫状体冷冻术。结论 氩激光虹膜小梁网光凝联合小梁切除术是治疗新生血管性青光眼比较有效的方法。

Objective To study the effect of iris and trabecular photocoagula-tion with argon laser and trabeculectomy in neovascular glaucoma. Methods 92 cases of neovascular glaucoma were treated. First, the iris and the trabecular was phtocoagulated with argon laser,then the trabeculectomy was followed. Results 3 months after operation, intraocular pressure was controlled under 21 mmHg in 82 patients (89.13% ) .Conclusion It is an effective way to treat neovascular glaucoma by iris and trabecular argon laser photocoagulation together with trabecutectomy.
