鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造口并硅胶环套扩张术——伴特殊情况的慢性泪囊炎的治疗

Intra- nasal dacryocystorhinostomy and dilating operation of silica gel pipe treat chronic suppurative dacryocystis accompanied specific conditions.

目的 报告经鼻内窥镜下行泪囊鼻腔造口并硅胶环套扩张术,一次性治疗伴各种特殊情况的慢性泪囊炎的手术方法和疗效。方法 鼻内进路在内窥镜下矫治各种鼻部伴随疾病后,同时行鼻腔泪囊造口,采用直径1.2mm硅胶管自上、下泪小管环套,穿过造瘘,不需固定、缝合。结果 本组治疗14例,13例一次性治愈,且鼻部疾病一次性矫治,1例无效;经随访,治愈者无一例复发。结论 本术式在保持内路手术不留瘢痕等优点的同时,对于伴有特殊情况的慢性泪囊炎可一次性完成手术,疗效满意,具有极好的临床推广价值。

Objective To report the operative method and effect that intra -nasal dacryocystorhinostomy and dilating operation of silica gel pipe treat chronic suppurative dacryocystis accompanied specific conditions. Methods Taking intra-nasal dacryocystorhinostomy after correcting accompanying nose dieases, and then taking dilating operating of silica gel pipe going in a ring from above and below tear pipe under nose endoscope. The silica gel pipe pass through the fisfula cut and not to be fixed. Results 13 cases of 14 cases are cured by only one operation including correcting accompanying nose diseases. 1 case is not effective. None recurred in cured 13 cases recurred. Conclusion The method stay advantages of intra-nasal operation,as well can accomplish operation only once for chronic suppurative dacryocystis accompanying nose diseases. The effect is very satisfied.So the method has clinical value.
