眶隔加固矫正下睑眼袋

Correction of the baggy lower eyelids by stabilizing the orbital septum.

目的 观察眶隔加固的新方法矫正下睑眼袋的效果。方法 用重叠缝合眶隔和肌皮瓣提拉缩短的方法加固眶隔。将同期行下睑眼袋矫正术的272例根据术式不同分为两组:A组采用改进的新方法,B组仍用传统方法,比较术后两组并发症的发生率及复发率。结果 术后随访3-24月,平均12.4月。A组均获满意效果,无1例复发。B组出现轻度术后并发症8例,亦无1例复发。结论 新方法对于矫正下睑眼袋疗效更好。

Objective To introduce a modified method for correcting the bag-gy lower eyelid. Methods The baggy lower eyelids were corrected by overlapping suture of orbital septum with tighten and shorten skin - muscle flap, and this new method ( Group A) was compared with traditional method Group(B) . Results There wa no any postoperative complication and recurrence in Group A, but mild complications appeared in 8 cases and also no recurrence in Group B. Conclusion This modified method is better than the traditonal method in correcting the baggy lower eyelid.
