摘要
抑制素 /活化素和卵泡抑素是重要的糖蛋白激素 ,对卵巢功能具有局部调节作用。本文简述了抑制素 /活化素和卵泡抑素对颗粒细胞增殖与分裂、卵子成熟、类固醇激素合成及黄体功能调节研究的进展情况 ,指出了目前研究中存在的关键问题 。
Inhibin and follistatin are important glycoprotein hormone,local regulatory function of ovary.This review sums up advances on inhibin/activin and follistatin regulatory granulosa cell proliferation and differentiation,oocyte matruation,steriodogenesis and corpus luteum function.And more points out the existed pivotal problem and proposes the resolving method in the future study.
