摘要
绿色荧光蛋白 (GFP)和虫荧素酶 (luc)等报道分子的应用使人们能够对基因的转移和表达进行灵敏的监测。对 GFP进行修饰可增加其荧光强度和热稳定性 ,同时也改变了它的光学特性 ,因而使 GFP在进行基因转移时发挥出更大的作用。成像技术的改进及其在生物学研究方面日益广泛的使用 ,推动了 luc在基因转移 。
The application of moleculars of green fluoresent protein(GFP) and luciferase(Luc) makes it possible for people to monitor the sensitivity of gene transferation and gene expression. Improvements towards green fluoresent protein can strengthen its brightness and heat stability,and simultaneously change its optical characters.There fore,green fluoresent protein will perform better in the course of gene transferation.The progress in photographical techonolgy and its wide spread application in the biological study fields promote the application of luciferase(Luc)in gene transferation,especially in terms of gene election and monitoring of the changes of temperatures.
