The histogenesis of goat liver was studied in this paper.The results were as follows:It was founded that vasoacts,sinusoids ,immature and mature red cells in 50 days'embryo. With the developing of liver ,the sinusoid become biger and then smaller.A canaliculus appears at about 60 days' embryo.An artery appears at about 66 days' embryo and there were the most hematopoiatic fuci in this stage.A liver lamella appears at about 105 days' embryo.
