摘要
舒尔茨等人的人力资本理论 ,主要限于对人力资本投资的研究。新制度经济学企业理论对企业和约特殊性的研究 ,使人们的兴趣逐渐由人力资本投资转移到人力资本产权及其在企业产权结构中的地位和作用上。人力资本的制度安排逐渐成为企业治理结构的核心要素 ,引起企业产权结构的重大变革。
The theory of human capital advocated by T. W. Shultz or other economists is mainly confined to the study of human capital investment. The theory on enterprise put forward by the school of neo institutional economics focuses on the study of the particularity of enterprise contract, which shifts people's attention from human capital investment to the property right of human capital and its role in the structure of enterprise property right. How to establish the system of human capital has become the key element of enterprise management structure and will bring about some major transformations in the structure of enterprise property right.
