从长虹看家电企业多元化战略

摘要 是否实施多元化战略的问题一直以来困扰着我国家电企业。从长虹的企业多元化案例分析中可得出结论 :我国家电企业选择多元化战略是正确的。但在实施过程中必须注意到 :多元化是一个渐进的过程 ,必须稳步推进 ;应优先考虑进入相关度高、市场增长空间大以及竞争较弱的行业 ;标新立异应是进入一个新行业的首选战略。 Whether to take multi dimensional strategy or mono dimensional strategy puzzles the enterprises in electrical equipment industry recent years. Through analyzing the multi dimensional strategy of Changhong, the article concludes that multi dimensional strategy is a correct choice for the enterprises in this industry, but there are several points that should be noted during the operative process. (1)Multi dimensional strategy is a gradual process and the enterprises should operate it step by step. (2)Give priority to entering the high related, spacious and less competitive markets. (3)Differentiation is the prior strategy when entering a new field.
