摘要
我国实行股票期权试点模式与国外股票期权制度有所不同 ,股票期权在中国的发展存在制度和法律上的障碍 ,因此 ,必须因势利导完善经营者报酬制度。
The testing model of option in China is different from that in the foreign option system. The execution of the option system in China faces with the legal and institutional obstacles. Therefore, the manager's paying system should be completed and perfected.
