摘要
研究了作为发动机滤纸浸渍增强用醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)共聚乳液的合成工艺条件,通过调整VAc和MMA的配比,获得用来浸渍增强滤纸用共聚乳液单体的最佳配方。实验结果表明,MMA含量在20%到35%之间的增强效果较好,MMA含量30%时,相对采用PVAc乳液,浸渍滤纸弹性模量提高7.5%,相对于未经浸渍处理的滤纸,弹性模量提高413.3%。
The conditions of emulsion copolymerization of VAc and MMA and the effect of the copolymer from the emulsion on the engine filter papers were studied. Results showed that the best content of MMA for dipping the papers was 20% - 35% .In this condition,the elastic module of the paper dipped with the above emulsion increased 7.5% compared to the paper dipped with PVAc and increased 413.3% compared to the untreated paper.
