摘要
采用均匀沉淀法制备纳米ZnO,研究了热处理条件对粒径的影响。通过TG-DTA,XRD的研究表明:老化时间越长,焙烧温度越高,焙烧时间越长,升温速率越慢得到的纳米粒子粒径越大。
In this work, nanometer zinc oxide powder was prepared with the method of homogeneous precipitation. The hearing treatment conditions of affecting the grain - size were studied. Research results of TG - DTA and XRD showed that the longer of the aging time, the higher of the calcinations temperature, the longer of the calcinations time and the slower of the temperature rising rate would lead to the increasing of the grain - size.
