摘要
研究了以高纯钠基膨润上为原料,通过离子交换反应合成有机膨润土的工艺,探索了温度、反应时间等对产品质量的影响。最后确定了制备有机膨润土的最佳工艺条件。
This paper deals with a new synthesis process of organobentonite using highly purified sodium - based bentonite as raw material through ion exchange reaction.Tlie influence of reaction temperature and reaction time on the quality of organobentonites is also investigated. The best synthesis process for organobentonites preparation is given.
