The Content Determination of 3,3' - Diamino - 4,4' - dihydroxy Biphenyl

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法,在C-18柱上,以甲醇-水(体积比为55:45)溶液为流动相,检测波长为265nm,测定了,3,3’-二氨基-4,4’-二羟基联苯的含量。该法简便、快速,是监控反应的较好方法。 Using methanol- water(volume ratio 55:45) solution as the mobile phase, in the C - 18 column, the content determination of 3,3' - diamino-4,4' - dihydroxy biphenyl was quantitatively cletennined with the reversed - phase high performance liquid chromatographic method at the detective wavelength 265 run. 'Hiis method was simple, fast and could be used to control the reactions in which 3,3' - diamino- 4,4' - dihydroxy biphenyl was used as the raw material.
